About
BusyWork is built for owners and operators who need repetitive operational work handled without adding another tool or another hire.

Why I'm building this:
As the Digital Marketing Director at a large advertising agency, I managed campaigns with hundreds of thousands of keywords. I spent hours every day on manual implementation—checking performance page by page, line by line.
I reached a breaking point. I needed even more time for high-level strategy (where the real leverage is), not button-pushing. I stumbled upon Google Scripts and built customized workflows that could automate the repetition: watching spend thresholds, flagging anomalies, and adjusting bids with advanced if/then equations built in. The system didn't replace decisions, it eliminated the friction that preceded them.
The insight: most operational work isn't hard, it's interruptive. Dozens of micro-tasks that each require just enough context to fragment your attention.
I freed up 1-2 hours per day and achieved even better results in aggregate with the ability to do more deep work, although Google Scripts limited this benefit to the marketing world. With the advent of AI I had the notion that these types of workflows and efficiencies could be applied to other business areas. BusyWork takes those patterns and turns them into a done-for-you execution layer: systems and automation behind the scenes, with human follow-through when the work gets messy.
